Unauthorized Resale of Products

 All products purchased from Baby Forest, whether through our website, authorised e-commerce platforms, or offline retail stores are intended solely for personal use and not for commercial resale or redistribution. Any purchase of Baby Forest products for the purpose of unauthorized resale, distribution, general trade, modern trade or supply to third parties without a valid written authorization or partnership agreement from Baby Forest Ayurveda Private Limited is strictly prohibited.

 

Baby Forest reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when unauthorised resale is suspected. We further reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals, entities, vendors, or distributors found engaging in unauthorized resale, misrepresentation or commercial exploitation of Baby Forest products and brand assets.

 

Only parties expressly authorized by Baby Forest Ayurveda Private Limited through a valid written agreement and/or official Letter of Authorization (LOA) shall be permitted to resell, distribute, or commercially supply Baby Forest products.
